Serial Fun

Danny is producing a three week long theater event in New York City. He will be running his own show (on April 2nd, 3rd, and 4th) and presenting a dozen or so guests. TRFilms will have a screening night on April 4th, followed by a Hula concert and a performance by Danny.

Here is the Serial Fun webpage.

Check out the whole schedule. Serial fun runs through August 10 at The Culture Project @ 45 Bleecker off the corner of Lafayette. There is a wine and beer bar, if that's your thing.

A Bad Day!

In 1999 Tabula Rasa produced the film A Bad Day!

A Bad Day!

We did the thing we heard they did for El Mariachi, where you do a camera take and then a sound take right after, because our camera was too loud for anything else. Directed by Miguel and photographed by Adrian.

It's Good to Be the King

A commercial directed by Adrian for beer.

See It's Good to Be the King.

(requires Quicktime)

Adrian shot this film in 1975 and it was shown in cinemas for years to follow. All copies were thrown away, unfortunately, except for one which had been stolen from a casino in Malta. After searching for it for years, in 1992 Adrian found it (at quite a price, naturally) and transferred it to 3/4" videotape, and to VHS. The 3/4" tape and 16mm original were destroyed in a mysterious collapse of Adrian's house during the summer of 2000 (police claimed implausibly that it was due to termites), so the VHS tape is the only remaining copy. Apologies for the low image quality.
